About Domivy

Built by an operator, for operators.

Domivy is the property-management app I wished existed when I started managing my own units. Short-term, mid-term, by-the-room, long-term, all in one place. No more 12 tabs. No more losing track of who pays on the 5th and who pays on the 15th.

The name

Why Domivy.

Say it

ยทยท

Three syllables. Stress on the middle one. Rhymes (loosely) with privy.

Mean it

Domi + Ivy

Domi from the Latin root for home. Ivy for what climbs and grows on it. A home that grows with the people inside it. Property management that scales the way ivy does. Patiently, then everywhere.

And about the AI

Our AI co-operator is named Ivy for the same reason. She lives in the app the way ivy lives on a house. Quietly there. Helpful in the background. Holding things together while the structure does its job.

A note from the founder

โ€œI built Domivy because I couldnโ€™t find it.โ€

Running mid-term rentals means stitching together Airbnb, Furnished Finder, spreadsheets, Google Calendar, Venmo, and a dozen text threads. Renting rooms separately? Double that.

Every tool I tried was built for someone else. Hotels, or Airbnb empires, or apartment complexes with 200 units. Nothing understood how I actually operated: short-term one weekend, mid-term the next month, a long-term lease on the unit across the hall.

So I built Domivy. One platform for every way you rent. STR, MTR, co-living, and long-term, paired with an AI co-operator that actually helps. No more 20 tabs. No more copy-paste.

It scales with you, from your first rentable to your thousandth. Same calendar. Same inbox. Same Ivy. Whether you rent a single room on the weekends or run 500 doors across three cities, the app grows with you.

Iโ€™d love to have you along for the early days.

Where this is going

One app, every door, forever.

The next decade of housing looks nothing like the last one. People move more, stay shorter, share spaces. Co-living (by-the-room) is normal. Mid-term is now most furnished demand. Long-term still pays the mortgage. The property-management software that survives is the one that handles all of it without making you pick a lane.

Domivy is built for that future. Not a calendar bolted onto an accounting tool. Not an inbox bolted onto a calendar. One app where every lease type, every booking source, every payment, and every conversation lives together. With an AI that actually understands the operation, not a chatbot pretending to.

The goal is simple: be the only app a landlord opens to run their portfolio. From their first rentable to their thousandth.

How we work

A small team that takes the long view.

Built deliberately

Solo, by design

One person makes every product call right now. That keeps the app cohesive, the roadmap honest, and your feedback loop short. When we hire, we'll hire for the same bar.

No VC tail wagging the dog

Customer-funded

We're funded by customers, not term sheets. That means decisions favor the operator paying us, not a board chasing a hockey-stick. The flip side: you'll feel the discipline of a small team that ships what matters.

Founding members

Three free months. Same price after.

Anyone on the waitlist before we open the doors gets three months free, a founding-member badge, and a direct line to the founder. After three months, founding members pay the same as everyone else. No grandfathered tier. No surprise hike.

Open-built

Public roadmap, public ideas

We share what we're working on at our roadmap (internal) and ship the best community-suggested ideas from /ideas. Every shipped feature credits the operator who asked for it.

Read the fine print. Reach out anytime.

We document what we do with your data, how we secure it, and the terms you sign up to. If anything's unclear or you want to talk before you sign up, the contact form goes straight to the founder.
