Credit + criminal + eviction

Comprehensive credit and background screening in a single report. Details at launch.

Income verification

Bank-verified income from real deposits, so you're not squinting at pay-stub photos.

Applicant pays the fee

The applicant pays the screening fee at submission, not you. The price shows at checkout once it's live.

One application

One form collects identity, income source, and rental history, so you read a single report instead of collecting a stack.

Custom criteria per unit

Set your minimum score, income-to-rent ratio, and eviction lookback per property, so you read every applicant the same way.

Rolling out

Screening isn't live yet. It's applicant-paid and built into the application flow; the price shows at checkout once it's on.

How it works

One application, one decision.

Screening is where most landlords lose, either by skipping it or by chasing a week of paperwork. Built into the application, it gives you one report to read instead of a stack of forms to collect. Here's the flow once it's live.

  1. Applicant submits

The application on your booking site (or the unit page) collects identity, income source, and rental history. The applicant pays the screening fee; you pay nothing.

  2. Income, verified

The applicant connects their bank so income is verified from real deposits, not pay-stub photos or an "I'll email the W-2 tomorrow."

  3. Credit, criminal, eviction

Credit and background screening returns as a single report, so you read one record instead of chasing three.

  4. Measured against your criteria

Your saved criteria (income-to-rent ratio, minimum score, eviction lookback) are laid against the report, so every applicant is read the same way.

  5. Approve or decline

Approve in one step to move to a lease, or decline. The report and your decision stay on file.
