They've leaned hard into AI lately (AI Assistant + AI Inspections), which is the right move, but it's an add-on stacked on top of the $149/mo Pro tier. Domivy's Ivy is included on every plan starting at $19/mo Host, because if AI is the operating layer of the product, paywalling it makes the whole pitch hollow. The bigger limit is still scope: mid-term stays, Airbnb side gigs, or co-living leases push you outside DoorLoop's model, and there's no channel manager to catch the overflow.
