  1. Saturday 10 a.m. · Tree your inventory

    Add your building, then four units underneath it. Tree-aware schema means you can later add per-room sub-rentables without rebuilding. About 8 minutes for a four-door duplex setup.

  2. Saturday noon · Connect iCal

    Paste in your Airbnb, Vrbo, and Furnished Finder iCal URLs per unit. Two-way sync starts within 5 minutes; existing bookings flow in and surface on the calendar.

  3. Saturday 4 p.m. · Sign one lease

    Upload your own template, or pick our starter for your state — required disclosures already prompted. Always review with your attorney before signing. Your first existing tenant gets the e-sign link; rent schedule self-starts when they sign.

  4. Sunday 9 a.m. · Train Ivy

    Drop your house manual + 10 FAQ-shaped notes (parking, Wi-Fi, trash day, quiet hours) into the knowledge base. Ivy reads them; from now on, guest questions get drafted replies that sound like you.
