  1. Day 0, evening · Export from Hospitable

    Properties, bookings, guests, message history. Four CSVs, about 15 MB, 90 seconds in the Hospitable dashboard. Don't cancel Hospitable yet; we'll keep it as a fallback during the overlap window.

  2. Day 1, morning · Upload + auto-map

    Drop the four files into /migrate. Ivy reads the column headers, infers the source tool, pre-maps every field, and shows you 12 properties + 340 bookings + 89 historical guests in a side-by-side preview. You skim, you don't type.

  3. Day 1, midday · Catch the edge cases

    Preview surfaces three flags: one cleaning fee tagged as base rent, two bookings missing checkout times, one guest with two phone numbers. Three one-click fixes. Re-run, preview's clean.

  4. Day 1, afternoon · Publish + dual-iCal

    Hit Publish. Domivy generates outbound iCal feeds for every door. Airbnb / Vrbo / Booking.com still feed Hospitable too, and Domivy reads the same source-of-truth iCals. Two systems, one calendar reality. Zero risk of a double-book.

  5. Day 2, morning · Cut channel sync

    Repoint Airbnb / Vrbo iCal URLs at Domivy. Hospitable goes read-only, kept for the month as a reference. All incoming bookings now route through Domivy. The handover takes 11 minutes per channel.

  6. Day 14 · Cancel Hospitable

    The last booking that lived only in Hospitable wraps up. You confirm Domivy has every record, cancel the Hospitable subscription, and pocket the difference. Total human time spent on the move: about 4 hours.
